Syed Sardar Shah, Minister of Education, has put a big question mark on the entire government system; the government education infrastructure has been destroyed by bribers who run the system. Sardar Ali Shah said that more than 15,000 schools lack drinking water and sensitization facilities.

The provincial Assembly Sindh session was chaired by Jameel Soomro, began 30 minutes late, and saw the passage of the Gorakh Hill Amendment Bill.

Furthermore, Sardar Shah indicated the big financial challenges regarding repairing and maintaining infrastructure in government schools and lack of drinking water and sanatization. Shah mentioned that even solar panels installed in schools are being stolen by local communities.

He said that the government installed solar panels system in various schools, but those were stolen by local communities after a few days of installation.

Sardar Shah told all these lacking while answering various written and supplementary questions regarding the education department of the government of Sindh during the Sindh Assembly session.
