Pakistani spy based at Indian Consulate in Moscow was arrested.
Cops have arrested the staff member of the Indian consulate in Moscow on apparently espionage for Pakistan’s espionage assistance.
Satendra Siwal, he served at Indian foreign office in Russia, was taken into custody in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The UP Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) stated that the accused had been engaged in anti-India processes, namely delivering confidential data to Pakistan’s secret agency, ISI.
The police seemingly gathered data indicating that Pakistan’s ISI agents were providing financial rewards to India’s foreign service staff in return for disclosing military information. Mr Siwal was previously serving in the Indian embassy in Russia since the year 2021.
Mr Siwal reportedly supplied Pakistan access secret data regarding the military & its activities in return for payment.
The offender was taken into custody while refusing to provide “appropriate replies concerning the documents provided by himself” and subsequently “admitted about the conduct” following additional inquiry, based on investigators.
