After losing race, Jamaat-e-Islami leader Sirajul Haq quits, as does Jahangir Tareen quitting the politics
Pakistan: Siraj-ul-Haq quits off his position as leader of Jamaat-e-Islami ameer. in a single of his posts to Twitter, he said, “Due to his tireless efforts, he failing to prevail and assuming the guilt of losing in the polls, he resigning as the Emirate of Jamaat-e-Islami.” From the flip together, Jahangir Tareen, chairman of the Stability Pakistan Party, released that he is resigning from his position & politics following its failure in the 2024 parliamentary poll.
Tareen the leader of the IPP also announced that He would “turn out of politics wholeheartedly,” whereas Siraj admitted culpability for his party’s significant defeat during the national polls on the eighth of February. In an update upon X, Tareen wrote that he was going to appreciate everybody who supporting them during the balloting, he praised his rivals in politics for their victories.
