The massive number of cases of mega corruption and harassment started from the Sindh Bureau of Statistics (SBOS), Planning and Development Board, Government of Sindh.

The story of corruption and harassment started with Muhammad Khan (Computer Operator), Bureau of Statistics, Planning and Development Board, Government of Sindh. Muhammad Khan has been working on a detailment in the head office of the Bureau of Statistics, Sindh Karachi, for the last 11 years.
Whereas Muhammad Khan, Computer Operator, SBOS, Planning and Development Board, is involved in the following corrupt practices, he was suspended from government duties in 2020. But after suspension from duty, he is working on multiple posts on directions of the Director General, SBOS, and Planning and Development Board. The suspension order is given below.
Sources said that the appointment of Muhammad Khan, Computer Operator, SBOS, Planning and Development Board, is fake and against the rules of the government of Sindh. Muhammad Khan’s appointment to government service was done in favoritism. He does not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post of computer operator.

Based on confirmed reports Muhammad Khan, the computer operator, brings all kinds of weapons into the office premises and openly displays and harasses officers and officials of the department, in corridors.
Additionally, Muhammad Khan brings irrelevant people (girls and boys) and provides them to government offices as sexual platforms, even during holidays at the office of the Bureau of Statistics, Planning, and Development Board, Government of Sindh. (Sindh Time received video proofs).
Furthermore, sources said that Muhammad Khan is close to Dr. Ishaque Ahmed Ansari, Director General, Bureau of Statistics, Planning, and Development Board of Sindh, and facilitates and works under the will and wish of the DG, Bureau of Statistics, Planning, and Development Board, Government of Sindh
Muhammad Khan has stolen government assets that were procured under various schemes. As per pictures and video proofs, it is being watched that Muhammad Khan is taking away government assets from the office of the Bureau of Statistics, Planning, and Development Board of Sindh after office hours, especially at night hours.
Based on the provided proofs, Muhammad Khan, the Computer Operator has stolen, more than 200 laptops of MICS-6, Thirteen (30) tablets of TCV Survey were purchased in 2019, one water dispenser was purchased under the GDP scheme in 2021, two (02) Air Conditioners, two (02) new government bikes, and two (2) new government cars. As per the sources, a bunch of stolen government assets are also provided to Dr. Ishaque Ahmed Ansari, Director General, Bureau of Statistics, Planning, and Development Board of Sindh.
Moreover, sources told Sindh Time News, that Muhammad Khan is accustomed to affixing the Director General’s and other officers’s fake signatures to administrative and financial documents and all kinds of bills. Secondly, Muhammad Khan brings dogs and other pets into the office premises during office hours, and he also brings pets in on off days to get them washed by using his illegal orders from the office sweeper.
Surprisingly, no action has been taken on all the criminal activities and harassment cases of Muhammad Khan, Computer Operator by the Chairman Planning and Development Board and Anti-Corruption Department while all provided proofs also was shared with the previous Chairman Planning and Development Board and previous Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Department Government of Sindh. sources said.
